Author's Response: Well, the reader doesn't find out what happened to them because Tom and Bill don't know what happened to them- does that make sense? Since it is from their POV, the story is only what they know XD

Em, this story is absolutely amazing. I loved it, every single word, every chapter. Your characters are perfectly fleshed out - your Danachi is a wonderful creation and he's so beautiful. The fact that his race are designed to love, and not just be used for sex, was a beautiful aspect of the story. It's timeless, how love can overcome all barriers before us. It was so, so good. I hate to see it end, but even the ending is perfect. They go off together into the new world. Well done. It's a beautiful piece of work!

For one thing, this chapter is very heave and strong, and I love that. The other thing, it was rather hard to read, haven't had something so difficult to fight with. I really have hate for all those guys except the denachi and Tom of course. But to know Bill is breached by those... awful men, and that Bill even sort of liked it. It was like poison, really. You could pronounce it as gruesome. But still, I loved it.
After a couple of chapters (and I was totally into it, never was so excited about this original idea) I kinda find it cold and flat, but there is power again. Very good job. Hope you'll be posting soon!

I hadn't left a review until now, but having seen the end notes you added, I decided that I would.
First of all, the reason I didn't leave a review until now was because I really didn't know how to express my thoughts correctly. If you've read my previous reviews, you'll know that I think this fic is amazing - in my top all time 3 actually! So, I didn't want to say anything that might come across wrong.
This chapter did upset me. But that's not the same as being 'offended'. I found it heartbreaking that Bill found his power in that situation, and not in a private moment, in Tom's arms.
And I hated that he 'liked' it. Even though you had written the character so clearly, that I totally understood why he did.
Certainly Georg, IF he is even alive still, will not change his opinion of the Danachi race now. The fact that Bill enjoyed being gang raped will only confirm his already low opinion of them :(
And Tom. Poor Tom :( How must that feel, to see the man you love enjoying being gang raped. I found myself wondering for the first time how on earth they will ever find peace and true happiness together.
But, the point is, you shouldn't take anything I've said as negative. The fact that I care so much about this fic and it's characters is a credit to you! I don't think I've ever had such strong emotions over a fic, and that can only be a compliment to you, and how brilliantly you've written this.
Author's Response: Thanks very much for your comment- I really appreciate you taking the time to let me know what you think.rnrnI found this chapter very hard to write- not only because of the subject matter but trying to get all the emotions I wanted to portray across and not lose the flow of the scene or the characterisation I've been working hard to set out in this fic.rnrnEssentially, I don't see it as "Bill" who liked being gang raped- more that his danachi side (if you will) could not help but crave the energy that that much sex created. Tom didn't see the Bill he loves enjoying rape, but the Bill he loves being completely taken over by the unhuman side of his being, so much so that Bill couldn't even recognise Tom at first.rnrnTom's nature is to be self protective and hold himself back, it is hard for him to connect with people. He needed an extreme situation to make him admit to himself and to Bill that it is love, and thus, Bill needed an extreme situation of his own for that to happen and him to be able to realise his full powers.rnrnI hope that makes sense? I really appreciate your comment- it means a lot.

You shouldn't be apologizing at all for your creative work. If you have readers who were "upset" or someshit by this chapter then fuck them. If they can't stand reading something like this then they shouldn't read it at all and quit their bitching. I think you did an amazing job of this chapter and I can only hope that the ones to come get better.
