-stares at screen, perplexed- that's the...end??? Are you going to do a sequel??? Because...I think I'd like a sequel to this story more then ANY other story on the ENTIRE site!!! -finally starts to comprehend that it's the end- holy shit I think I'm in shock. Please do a sequel? I'd comment 867765 times on eveery chapter!! Okay, well, maybe not, but I'd be so immensely happy! Wow. I didn't even see the end coming...
I mean, don't get me wrong, it's an amazingly superb, BRILLIANT ending!!! And I suppose that seeing as they finally go through the wall, and proclaimed their love to each other, they're rather well off. But I want to know if they reach the city, and how they survive!!!! AND I've become so attached to this story that I don't even want to think about parting with bill and Tom... ;(
In case this really is the end, and there's no sequel for me to complement your writing skills, you are most definitely one of the best authors on this site!! Your story completely xaptured my heart, and is still currently holding it captive. XD thank you for the amazing, entrancing, bloody-hell-this-is-so-awesome story!!! It's definitely going to be a constant favorite!

I loved reading this. It was indescribably fun! I enjoyed the characters and their quirks. Denachi Bill is fascinating, I hope this isn't the end of him entirely? Thank you, very much, for writing and posting this, and I'll be awaiting your next project. :)

Author's Response: The story is from Tom's point of view, and he knows as much about the infection as was in the story- the characters were the focus XD

They escaped infection, the base and the horrors that awayted them south.
I'm so thankful they are free and safe. I so excited that they have a chance to live their lives.
Tom and Bill in love it's perfect and fluffy and they came through so much.
It really was an amazing story all my favorite types of storylines horror, fantasy, sci-fi, action, love story. All my favorites all in one place. *sigh*
I'm going to miss it now that it's done. Thank you so much for writing it and making me, if not other people as well, so very happy.

Wow, I'm so sorry I probably only left one or two other reviews on this, because seriously--this story was absolutely amazing. I loved how it was so different and original, I've always loved post-apocalyptic stories. And wow, you're an amazing author, this was just a wonderfully written story. I love the intensity of it, it kept me wanting more and more.
And oh, the characters, I totally love them. The danachi race seems to be very interesting, I love how you made it about love and not just sex (though I can say I saw it coming), it was a nice touch to the story that made the climax so perfect. Chapter 15 was disturbingly and hauntingly written, so perfect with the context of the story, and while it was scary to read it just set it up for the end, for Bill and Tom's confessions and escape. And this last chapter was great, it made everything seem so worth it, because in the end the two fell in love despite the frightening circumstances and found a way to survive in this horrid world. I really, really liked your Bill, his character development was very nice. Loved how at the beginning he tried seducing Tom because he needed it to survive and then later on he would go crazy without Tom not just because he needed sex to cure the craving--but because it was Tom and he loved him. And Tom was such a sweetheart, like a hesitant protector, I loved him in this as well, I'm just so happy with how this ended. Just...wow. Awesome job, this fic was absolutely amazing. =)

Gosh, this fic has been a journey, as epic as Tom and Bill's!
I love that we don't know what happened to the other men. It makes them so unimportant. What happened to them doesn't even matter.
I was so scared for how things would be between Bill and Tom after everything that had happened. But it was perfect. Tom was so lovely to Bill, so tender and careful with him. Just beautiful.
I will always hate what Bill had to go through. But sometimes in life, these terrible things happen, that, despite being terrible, are the circumstances that force you onto the path you need to be on.
What's important is that Bill and Tom made it. They really made it. And they are together and in love. For me, this couldn't have ended any better.
I've been dreading this fic being completed! I can't imagine not having another chapter to wait for, lol. But somehow, this ending is so calm and tranquil, and meant to be, that it feels 'right' ( even though I will miss updates terribly! ).
I want to thank you for writing and sharing this fic with us. I can honestly say that I will never forget it, or the effect it, and it's characters, have had on me.

That was perfect. The perfect ending and I'm so glad Bill's alright and they made it to the North. The whole thing, the protection, I mean, was so simple to get through it's almost hilarious that it was protection.
