this chapter is interesting concerning Bill. He seems more real now that we know a bit more about him.
We clearly see the power shift from Tom to Bill. Bill can do whatever he wants, including feeding off of Tom apparently, and only pretend to be a prisonner.
This is one of my favourite current stories, can't wait till the next part.

I'm really loving this. It's different and realistic in a sci-fi sort of way. And I love how Tom is trying to take care of him (to keep a clean conscience), and trying to resist the sexual aspect as well, even though he's having a really hard time (and I'm sure he'll slip up, eventually). And Bill is just so casual about all of it. It's just awesome, and I love it.

Everytime I see this updated, I get so happy and excited! I love how Bill is speaking more, it really makes him seem more like a real character instead of just some enigma. I'm so addicted to this story...

Holy cow, that was the most intense almost-sex scene ever. Even though Tom didn't touch him, it was like he did, and you could tell he wanted to very badly.

Lame my first review got disappeared. I can't remember what it was that I specifically wrote. I will have to rewrite it and it won't be as good.
I love the power that Bill has with so little effort. He seems to control Tom. Unfortunately Tom seems to have a lot of self control or a lot of fear for the unknown. I wonder a lot about what the purpose of a danachi is, why they exist, where they come from, what powers they have. It seems that the information about danachis are not well known (Tom seems to be reasonably well educated) other wise Tom would likely know more about Bill. What does Bill ultimately want? I would think that if they feed on sex they would want to either be around copious amounts of humans or be owned. Does real sex keep him fed longer then self feedings? Can he live longer on one sexual experience then on taking care of himself. Is masturbation cannibalism, it kind of feels that way. I can't wait until Tom caves *giggles*

What's really amazing about what you've done with Bill in this story is that you get across his otherwordly seductive draw even as you show him so descriptively through Tom's critical eyes as being thin, pale and unwashed--things that ordinarily wouldn't be seductive but just are because it's Bill. So, the reader is under the same spell as Tom, and it's so fun to just fall into it. Oh, and the shower scene was soooo good.
