Haha, I'm liking this so far! Pretty awesome, not gonna lie.
I think Bill needs more of a back story, and you mentioned earlier that the older people in the town liked him, but then you have them stare at him like the younger people, so its not consistant.
Bill's got quite a situation, is he really mentally handicapped? Or is that just part of Tom's joke? Its sad the way he lives in a fantasy world he seems to have created because of the hardships he's faced since Tom left, and he does seem off, happy then tense right away. I hope Tom can make him feel better.
Anyways, I like this, so i cant wait to read more!

But the particular woman with the daschund was the father of a kid his age who he had some problems with...which will be explained later.rnrn But yeah, I should fix that, and say more it was Bill IMAGINING they were giving him glares. Because really, while they all raise an eyebrow at him cuz of his looks, they think he's an okay kid. I guess that's more what it is. And the looking in chapter 4 was more at the fact that they were holding hands, lol. But I better go back and make it more clear ^^ Like the part where he says "They" think he's crazy, he never specifies who "they" refers to...so I don't know if you assumed that meant the people or not. But anyway. Thanks for pointing that out! rnrnHm...well, he's got some problems, let's leave at that for now. Yeah, the way he's all happy then tense and totally unstable with emotions has got to do with it. rnrnAnd thanks so much for the lovely review :) It should be updated hopefully sometime this week.
