I'm loving the strange edge that being asleep is giving this story, i can't explain that but i am...also i didn't realise Bill knew what was going on with that, how did he know they were dreaming and she had to figure it out? is it just another reason he's awesome or do we find that out later?
I loved their, what should i call it? first meeting?, it worked so well. I love that she knows but doesn't care as does he but yet he just wants to talk to her...I think its so nice, I wonder what else will happen?

oh my god that was brilliant, i loved the way they searched for him and i'm loving Ellie, as someone who spends the majority of her day translating German or searching TH, or generally acting like she did that chapter i find myself really identifying with her.
I was so into this that i literally receited the "HUMANOID" on his belt along with them while shouting out "I KNOW I KNOW!" I even screamed at the end of the chapter too LOL.
I'm really enjoying this thanks for keeping me so absorbed this afternoon, you're story's great i'm definately coming back to read more

i really liked that it was so sweet and i love all the images you wrote with the street and the snow...and the boy singing in the strange non-italian HAHAHA...i could see it all.
Also i really really loved the part when Bill was trying really hard to make her understand German when she didn't, nodding and shaking his head it was so funny and so sweet. I love your story so far and i'm dying to find out if he's real or shes just escaping to him for a while because her life is so awful.
This is really well thought-out and put together...its great.

I don't know if you still come here but i wanted to write this :)
This is my second read of your story, i started reading it last year sometime, then left the site for a while amd forgot its name when i came back. this time around i want to stick it out and get to the end.
I'm really liking how you've written this, the words have such a nice flow to them, and your settings and characters are so detailed that i found myself easily able to picture everything as i read... being able to picture everything makes it easier for me to get into your story.
I really feel for your female character, her life seems so sad, all the things she has to go through, a clever and so probably bullied girl with a sick mum and abusive dad... its about time she had something go right for her for a change...enter the mysterious stranger.
I loved her dream out in the field, it was so well written and i have to agree with her i wouldn't know how to react to that either. I wonder what was going on there? was he real or wasn't he? The German he wrote in her notebook suggests so but i guess theres only one way for me to find out. :)
I really enjoyed your first chapter and now... your story is going into my favourites.

I was actually enjoying this story till the "emo" comments. I found them offensive so I probably won't continue. This world is gone so fucked up, There is no such thing as "emo" everyone is emotional, So I guess the whole world is "emo" then huh.
Author's Response: I'm glad you were enjoying the story, but I didn't mean to offend with the comment, so I'm sorry you were offended. The first few chapters of this story were written when I was sixteen (I'm twenty now). When I was sixteen, I heard stuff like that a lot because I dressed in the typical "emo" fashion back then. I knew comments like that hurt, which was why I included them, because Roger's comments are always meant to hurt Ashley. If you'd like to continue with a different version of the story without label-related comments, I'd be happy to send you the link to it. Like I said, I'm sorry to have offended! :]

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY FUCKING GOD. I finally got around to actually finish reading this story.
At the end of the 29th chapter and the beginning of this one, I thought you'll end the story with Bill being only a figment of her imagination, created by all of the pain she went through. I was getting quite upset, 'cause I really do not like endings like that.
But, BUT, it ended just like a fairy tale. THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING STORY. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR NEW STORIES. Lots of love! <3

honestly Gabby, fuckinshit i LOVE YOU! This story has brought out all sorts of emotions from me. i cried many times while reading this story, but this is the first time i have cried for happiness for a character, and i can count on my right hand how many times i cried out of pure happiness in my life. so thats telling you something. this story tops all of the stories i have EVER read. and im serious, im not exaggerating in any way. its more of an understaement. cuz i know from now on to find a fanfiction that brings me to be such an emotional roller coaster, to feel so close to the main character, to excited and anxiously wait for every chapter, to be so drawn to it, so real, i just look forward to it. i honestly dont think im going to find another story or writer that captivates me with their writing like this. its just so...wow. these past few days when you said you were updating i became so giddy and anxious. for example i just pulled an all night doing stuff on the computer, mean while i was suppose to be in bed. so im going to bed to get at least a half hour of sleep before my mom gets up and leaves for the day so i can go with her, and so she believes ive slept the night.(and not done an all nighter,again.) so i wont get in trouble when she comes to wake me upand give me hell for being up all nightand punished. Buuuuuuuuut i i went(and she's yelled at me interupting me from typing this TT-TT)to bed, laid down, got comfortable. then i thought "hmmtoday is tuesday....gasp! TODAY is TUESDAY!! updateUpdateUPDATE!!!omfg theres an update! it was updated hours ago!" and got up and threw my plans of not getting caught in the wind. ran to my laptop all excited and thrilledand honestly my heart was racing, pathetic really. turned it on and went to your updated chapter....and got busted 20 mins later while reading... lol i sound crazy...but wat evr. this story is just amazing to put it simply, and your writing is amazing. other peoples writings are going to have a very hard time to live up to yours. the truly are, and im a lil dissapointed cuz now its that much harder to find a good story now that ive read this one... now im going to look at your video and wait for your next update for a new story.
you truly amaze me and i will truly miss "I'll Sing You One Last Song and then I'm Gone"
