YEAH!!!! Bill Woke Up!!!!!!! (well possibly)....it seems like Bill is torn with what to do about Tom on one hand he hates him but on the other he really loves him and both emotions are tearing him apart or making him really confused...can't wait for the next chapter even if it's not tomorrow
Author's Response: yep...Yeah, that's right. Bill loves him against his will, and wants to hate him so badly for all the things he's done. And yes, his emotions are definitely tearing him apart...and thanks :) I'll do my best to post it tomorrow, but technically I'm not even allowed to write (no work whatsoever) so it'll most likely be the day after tomorrow.

Here's some more info. It was a little hard re-living Chase's coma, but he read your story and it touched him.
I asked him your question about him feeling pain and his response was "hell yes!" He said initially he didn't, but as his awareness started to return, he felt every needle, every test they did looking for response, he felt the tube down his throat and he even said something strange...that he was so in tuned with his body that he could swear he could feel the IV fluid going into him.
He said he felt like his body was moving, but we never saw him move. He was still (didn't move) almost the entire time until he started getting closer to awareness. And here's where it got crazy. When he did get closer to awareness,his eyes would open and it looked like he was looking at you. Of course he wasn't seeing anything, but it was creepy! Then his body started moving. His legs would flex. He'd move his arms. and would look like he was stretching and trying to turn over, just as anyone would do when they were sleeping. He didn't know any of this until he was more aware though.
But one cool thing he did when he was almost totally out of his coma was voice tracking. His head would follow your voice from one side of the room to another. His eyes mostly remained closed but he would turn his head to where you were/where he heard your voice. At almost waking, he was able to follow simple commands too like squeeze my hand, and etc.
When he finally woke up,he was kind of pitiful. He was weak and couldn't speak initially. But we stuck with him and helped him through his rehab. Luckily, his rehab wasn't that hard like for some. He relearned a lot of stuff fast and he didn't have a lot of resulting after damage. He does have some problem with his short term memory as his coma was the original result of a head injury. He gets a little frustrated easily when he can't get his thoughts out like he wants to.
Any other questions you want me to ask him? He's a good source of info and he said talking about it helps him get over it...

And thanks :] I just want to be sure no one gets offended or hurt by what I write, especially since it's fictional, because I've read stories about things I have personal experience with, like panic attacks or depression, and the authors mess up the details completely and just don't care that they're writing about something that is an emotionally difficult experience for a potential reader.rnrnrnI'm sorry to have made you re-live it, if that's what my story did, but I'm very grateful to you for asking him about that so that I can make this story more accurate. I'm thinking about changing the names and making it a book, so this is extremely helpful for me.rnrnThank you very very much for describing all that to me. I will definitely have more chapters where Bill and Tom discuss the coma, and I'll be sure to put this information into their conversations. Please let Chase know that I said thank you so much for the help and for letting you tell me what he went through, and thank you both again for telling me this. I'm glad he got out of the coma and that his rehab wasn't as difficult as it could have been, because I know that some people can be in comas their entire lives and never wake up, at least not until someone shuts off the ventilator.rnrnI didn't have Bill on a ventilator in the story, but rather breathing independently while he was comatose. If Chase knows and you don't mind asking, can you let me know if all comatose people require ventilators, or if it's possible to breathe independently while comatose?rnrnOnce again, thank you both so much for the help.

hmmm....i'm not exactly sure what to say to this chapter...i hope Bill wakes up soon, but i'm still not sure if i want im to forgive Tom...in some ways i do but then i don't cause i don't think Tom deserves it, but then where would teh story go if he didn't forgive Tom...eh...can't wait for the next chapter
Author's Response: yeah, it was more of a filler than anything. yeah, it's hard to decide what i want to happen, because on one hand it's probably the direction the story will take, that Bill forgives Tom and there's a happy ending, but then again, Tom did so much to Bill that is unforgivable....anyway, thanks :D

Author's Response: Not all at once. These are the speculations the doctors were throwing back and forth, eliminating things like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and considering things like panic disorder and generalized anxiety. Tom just overheard all the speculations and is overwhelmed by all the medical terms used to describe what he'd done to Bill. It makes his actions much more real to him, having them labeled like that.

Author's Response: Bill sees and hears things. He noticed the way Tom acted around girls vs. guys. He was the only one not blinded by love for Tom, because although he did love him, it was involuntarily and he was doing his best to reverse it. So he was the only one looking for a reason to blame Tom, a dirty little secret he could use to blackmail him and make him fall from grace.

Wow, that's really... *sighs* I feel for Bill. I just hope that after this, Tom learns his lesson once and for all, if Bill makes it out of this, that is. Again, I'm dying to see where you take this; this is such a wonderful story, and you're such an excellent writer! I can't wait to read more of this story; I just can't get enough. :)
