I'm usually not much into sci fi, but I LOVE this story so much!! You make the technology sound convincing. I also love the way you describe the bond and internal dialogue between Bill and Tom. You make it very believable that they could communicate that way. Excellent work! Can't wait to see what happens next.

OMG! i have like no...words this is just amazing. i am so scared for whats up with Bill, but i know it can't be as devastating as loseing his twin for, a year (or more as i have a thought that the case may be for bill?) but this chapter was AMAZING...just AMAZING. oh my god.
i usually don't beg for updates because i know that an author can't just pump them out (Wouldn't it be nice if we could?) but i really really really wanna beg in this case.... Just know that i am VERY eagerly awaiting an update. VERY EAGERLY.

Alright. It's 04:41 AM right now where I live and I finally finished reading this masterpiece of yours.Not your first actually.Damn,you're an wjhdgdfury author!(lack of qualification sorry,I don't have any word to describe how amazing your writing iz.
The greatest power behind your writing is your ability to manipulate the reader's emotions as you please and make them picture perfectly most of the things you picked from your imagination.Several authors on THF are that good,and you're among them, but you people are only a few when compared to the number of people writing in here, so I call you the rare breed XD.
Your choice of using Tom's point of view only increased the intensity of the plot.And I,poor reader am able to understand more, feel exactly like Tom,perhaps even more desperate because all I can do is watch and bite my nails and hope.At first, I thought that there should be Bill's point of view too, but then I started to feel that knowing what Bill does and thinks will alter my feelings as a reader and take all the suspens away.That's no fun.
These flashbacks are the cherry on top of this delicious cake. They reveal so much about their bond and everything.And this is a stroke of genius from you because these precious memories made me feel even more desperate for Bill to come back at Tom's side again. They trully boosted the emotional aspect of this fic,and at the same time were a bit of a relief from the angst of the present.Brilliant,I tell you.
Now regarding the seven years appart.It's been only a few months, maybe closer to a year now that Bill and his crew were gone(given the few months time skip we had till Tom decided to "steal" a ship). I wonder if the seven years don't apply to Tom and company.I mean, the seven years, only apply to Bill and his crew. That means that they all aged of seven years ,being stuck in the jumpspace, since the jumping happens between two parallel universes, and times are different ne?That is an extremely depressing thought, because it means Bill endured seven years the equivalent of Tom's agony ;__; That is so...Shit,I don't know but makes me want to cry.
Well, I might not have explained what I wanted to say the right way, but currently my brain is not functioning normally.Plus,it is only A THEORY.I might be wrong. And I kind of hope I am.
Truth be told, I don't know how else to explain what I'm thinking lol, but I understood myself, that's a good start =D.Oh, and I absolutely wanted to say that I find Grigori and Alexei extremely cute!My god, in my mind at least they're these totally hot blond sexy guys *_* and I love the style you gave them.
The side characters are all amazing. They're all very lovable and little descriptions and scenes here and there plus their actions give them more character development than a whole chapter telling about their lives.That my friend, is what makes me bow to your clever writing.
I could say more, but looking at the clock, I didn't realize it's 05:14 AM already, and I still didn't go to sleep eventhough I have to go to my part time job at 07:30 XD. I'm insane, but I couldn't sleep, and your fic kept me entertained. And If I could, I'd stay longer and read more of this if there were any more chapters lol.

Sobering up. Um. Firstly I sincerely hope you have decided to ignore the part of the prompt that said a seven year separation. Because seriously? That is impossible, and just way too much, the twins should never never never be separated for that long. Your months so far have been trying enough. Seven years would mess them up far too much, we want them generally undamaged when they reunite. Also, there better not be some terrible fatal condition dooming Bill from his jumpspace time, I will not be able to live with an unhappy ending or one of those terrible endings where the characters are eternally separated except for chronic visits or mentally being together or some crap like that. Tom has to get Bill back, sooner rather than later, take him back to earth, kick the asses of everyone in their way, and live with him forever and never let him go again, please and thank you. Otherwise I'm hunting you down and making you sit through Twins Deserve Happy Endings 101.

*BAWLS* I wasn't going to review as I went, just slurp up the chapters greedily and leave one when I reached the last one so far, but this is just SLAYING me, I needed to stop and say how incredibly beautiful this is, how superb the writing is, how fantastic the intermingling of present and flashback, and how achingly poignant and beautiful the link between the twins. I love this more than like any story on this site ever. Have you ever read The Dream Voyagers? It's a sci-fi book with similar themes of jumping, psychic sensitivity for navigating spaceships, estranged lovers with a psychic connection searching for each other through space, etc. It's burdened down with loads of religious crap though. Obviously I am enjoying this exponentially more, the writing and relationships are infinitely more beautiful and I'm loving the sci-fi, it's handled very well and researched to the "science" of the genre.
