I was so ecstatic when I saw this had been updated. I went back and reread the previous two chapters to get back in the proper frame of mind, and of course was in happy tears by the time I got to the start of this one.
Then, this was just the most incredible sex scene ever. Because it's so much more than a sex scene, it's a writing that encompasses everything the pairing can and should be - their utter closeness, their boundless and incomparable love, and perfect physical, emotional, and mental unity. "What is this I don't even," you say? This is perfection. That's what this is. :)
So beautiful, I am just enjoying this story so much. I loved that even in your equivalent of a smut scene, you maintained the high standards of structure and plot dispensation throughout the entire story, working in the beautiful flashbacks to their first time. Just perfect.
One moment that startled me out of my rapture of adoration and aching love to give a snicker or two -
"Lube is available to all the Greatship twins in large quantities from Special Stores; the Fleet approves of anything that will cement the bond between their twins more firmly, and so Tom and Bill have lubricant scattered all through this room and the shower."
LOL, this is great. I knew of course from earlier that the Fleet is totally on board (haha) with the sex lives of their twin pairs, but nonetheless this little detail of them being so encouraging as to think to provide LUBE had me startled and then laughing in delight. Awesome.
What else to say? Oh the echoed ending of "stay" was so perfect and beautiful. Kind of triggered that peaceful "lay lady lay... lay across my big brass bed" song that's in the Mr. and Mrs. Smith soundtrack. Whatever, I'm random. Loved the mood, anyway.
Whole story is so damn perfect. Thank you and please keep the updates coming!

Well.....ummm...... I don't know what to say! I..... Wow :) I guess there isn't much to say to this but i loved their connection and i think they have been through so much and deserved to have this time for themselves to rediscover and become one again.

I'm not quite sure this comment would be appropriate considering the beautiful love scene that just took place, but the connection between the twins minds reminds me of the Borg collective and they respond as a single entity. Whenever the connection is severed, they become distraught. The twins are like that, They are each others collective.
Author's Response: You know, I think the Borg analogy might explain part of why I love twins, and these twins in particular, so very much. I've always been fascinated with the idea of a mental/emotional collective, and Bill and Tom give me an opportunity to explore that! Hmm, now to write a fic in which the twins really are a single entity, separated into two bodies... maybe?

I guessed right,woot!The seven years only passed in jumpspace. Poor Bill and the other people who had to live there for years. Finally. Tom came to rescue them(accompanied :)
My heart ached so bad when Bill started to write the first letter. I could feel his pain and it was unbearable.My eyes watered from that scene.
But yay!They're finally reunited. All's good =) This story's incredibly beautiful and I'll never thank you enough for writing it :)
