Terrific update. Rebecca was very therapist-ish in her smart ways to make Bill tell her what made him so angry and upset. It can only have made Bill feel better not bottling up in a way he's not used to. Good for him.
I loved that Tom was in fact an old school mate of theirs... and that Bill had noticed something attractive about him :) Really sweet detail how the dreads of course would have been shorter then.
The Tom/Georg part was quite revealing, too. Totally fun how Tom pursued the hustler idea on his friend. Made me laugh.
Not so cool, how Tom is aware of how dangerously close he is to breaking the law by falling in love with his client...

I really liked this chapter! And, I'm going to have to go with the option one. As hot as a handjob in the backseat would be, I dont know if Bill would find that comfortable to be doing that as his first time in a car. Especially the same one that Tom had practically tongue raped him in. Hahaha!

I'm gonna have to say option 2. Its a more...suitable option. Kinda shows Bill that Tom cares about him and the relationship that they have. Plus the handjob thing is a bonus, but that goes either way. lolz
