Wow! I wasn't going to read this but I decided I should just to check it out and I was shocked! This is really good! I love it.
However, i suggest changing you're summary around a bit. The part that goes something like "Pain. That's what Bill feels every day," is kind of over dramatic, and also everyone feels pain everyday haha. So maybe change you're summary and you're bound to have tons of reads and reviews! =)

I liked it, just like I told you. You have a good plot here. But what kind of annoyed me was the over-use of Billa and Tomi. Why not use Tom and Bill, so the nicknames could sound more special?
