Don't worry, i don't usually get offended by a Fiction story but it was right of you to give us a warning.
Anyway i like this story so far, it is very interesting.You did a wonderful job on summarizing the first event of the story.
I'm really surprised with the roles in this story, i would've thoght Tom to be the rebelious, non-believer. But i like it, especially how Tom still wants to help Bill, despite his attitude towards Tom's beliefs.I also like how each twin has a different perspective of life and god.They're twins, yes, but they can also think differently.
Author's Response: I'm glad you think so! Yeah, you would think that it would be switched, but I really wanted to mess with Bill. You make a good point; they do think VERY differently. As I mentioned in this chapter, Tom feels the temptation to do down the same path as Bill, but it's their choices that sets them apart in this way. Thank you so much for the wonderful review! :)

First of all, I really want to thank you for writing this [and posting it]. I once had a similar story idea, where the twins were in a very religious family, Tom very pious and Bill messed up in sex and drugs, and strangely, for the short time that I worked on it, I found that the twins felt most like twins in the story than in any other I have written or read. I wonder if you will also get that feeling while writing this. But anyway, since religion can be a very controversial and touchy subject, I'm glad that you took the plunge and decided to post this regardless, even if it might upset people. I like to think that since we're on a site where most people encourage incestual and homosexual relationships, that the audience for this type of story is much more open-minded than a sampling of the general population, but you really never know. Anyway, thank you for writing this, and I really can't wait to see where you take it. :)
Author's Response: You are very welcome! It took me quite some time to decide if I was actually going to post it because I was unsure of the effect, but I'm glad I did. It is true that I hoped these readers would be open-minded, but at the same time I thought that maybe BECAUSE they encourage the relationships you mentioned, they would not support a piece of fanfiction revolving around a religion that prohibits these things. I am very pleased to know that you, and others, enjoy it so far, and I want to thank you for the great review!

Ooo I like this idea, and I respect the author's note, it is after all a fictional piece. I like this though, always wanted to read something like this, and I'm so glad to have found something n_n I like this chapter, how you explained everything, but not to a length that it was overly boring or anything. Lovely job :)
