I don't think that anonymous person really dislikes Rachels writing, he or she is probably just looking for attention. Can't you just block the emails?
And besides, look at all the lovely reviews you already have, one person saying bad things means nothing, he's just plain wrong. ;)
Author's Response: Can't block the emails because the person who's doing this is really going out of their way to avoid leaving any traces, not even an email. We know it can be done, and even know how, but we can't for the moment track them. rnrnI also think that, that's why there will be no more mentioning of them, and yep, we aren't bothered by it, we know what people think about our fics, we can even take criticism, it's just the disrespectful way they talk.
