This wasnt bad, persay, however i found myself skimming it just because it was terribly predictable. Also, i really dislike it when Tom calls Bill "babe" or any variation. It makes Bill seem cheap in my mind, just like the tons of girls he sleeps with and calls them "babe" because he doesnt actually know their name.
Your writing style is nice though, and i didnt come across any real grammar or spelling errors, and thats always nice. xD.
I would've liked it better had it been an ice storm and the twins hadnt been together previously, where they'd found each other in the cold, and came together the same way. ^^
