and I'm really glad that you can feel for him. He's such a...hard, insecure character whose inner walls are there to keep him locked in rather than to keep others locked out, and I've had people become thoroughly upset with him, so I am GLAD that you could find a way to like him ^^

You certainly have an interesting style to write. I often forget that I'm reading about Bill and Tom. Well, not the real Bill and Tom, but still characters of them. It's like I can see them, but still I can't. Their real appearance hardly exists here at all for me and I don't know why. It's definitely not a bad thing, but an interesting reaction I noticed. There is just characters named Bill and Tom, they even look like the real twins, but somehow I find it very very difficult to connect these characters to a real life. They make personalities of their own. Take this as a compliment :).

I don't even know how I feel about them. At the same time I feel sorry for them. I'm angry for them and I want to hug them. It's just there at the edge between annoyance and charm. I guess that's one thing you often want to reach and you do it well: there is no simple solutions, no black and white. Just complicate life, fucked up people and situations and a lot of grey area. I hate simple solutions :)

Honestly I have say though that I had a hard time to concentrate on this fic because I was worried about you and felt bad for you. I really hope that everything is going to be okay for you!

Author's Response: Ah, I squealed when I saw that you had reviewed this ^^ This story is my pride and joy (and I can't get to get all of the related stories posted).

Hm, I think that it's hard to see Tom and Bill as the characters because a. I don't usually keep their usual personalities when I decided to go that OOC and b. because I'm not big on details. I believe that I should be able to write a story based on actions and thoughts and have you be able to relate. hate love whatever towards the characters. So I do take your words as a compliment ^_^

Also yea, I love them because they're the cynical/realistic/idealistic parts of me that are always striving to come out, but if I read them as characters that are not my own, I'm just as confused about them. I think that they're complex and real and they hurt and bleed and cry as much as the next person does and that's what makes me relate to them the most.

And what you said about there not being simple solutions, I think you're write about that in my writing. A lot of times I have issues ending things with 'and they lived happily ever after' because there's no such thing and such idealist thoughts mean nothing in a world like this. but *shrugs* I'm a realistic little bugger lol.

Anyways, I'm sorry I've made you worry, I'm sure things will work out in the end. I don't believe in fairytale ends, but I do believe in a path in life and things working out eventually.

Oh these boys! One in need of comfort and one doing the comforting. It's funny trying to figure out which one is which though. HOWEVER, I still think this is better than mine, for different reasons. *hugs* Keep up the great job and you know you can count on me for any help where I can give it.

Oh jeez, where do I start?! Okay this story was just the best, the characters and the words and the questions that Bill asked were really magical and complex. When I usually read long stories, half way through I get bored with them but this one, oh my I didn't get bored once. It was full of excitement and I loved it :) especially this line... 'Life was a fickle thing, and it was better to be alive and pressed out of luck than to be dead and lying in limbo wondering exactly how you fucked up so much that God felt it necessary to
end your life right then and there.' That line was my favourite just because it held a lot of meaning and I could totally relate to it. Good luck with everything you're going through and I hope you can get sorted :)

and i'm glad that you liked the story ^_^ it was definitely different than anything I've ever written before, so I was definitely worried. I'm truly glad that you enjoyed the characters and even Bill's questions. I felt like the story needed to be a story that dealt with conversations more than actions and whatnot. And I'm SOOOO HAPPY that i didn't bore you. That was definitely a concern since the chapter was so long. And yay! you liked that line. That's something I always tell people when they're feeling down and out. ^_^

Please tell me you have somewhere to go. Please! Isn't there a friend or family memeber? There has to be someone. Now I am going to be worried :(

WELL, there actually will be a sequel to this. knowing me xD i don't want to put everything into one story since there are time skips and prequels and all of this other crap, SO it's most likely becoming a series lol.
