I must say I LOVE your description. It's that line referring to Tom that pulled me in. "He'll be damned if let that happen to his little brother, or anyone." I don't know what it's done to me but it makes me highly interested in this story. And the first chapter you have is very nice. I like the way you described Simone, too, and how she wore her rings and the symbolism. I'll surely be sticking around for the next chapter. ^_^
