Author's Response: yep they raped him, poor bill... :( fade away was our first story that wasn't a one-shot. our favorite number is 7. each chapter has been typed in OpenOffice and has 7 pages when printed. there are also 7 chapters for the same reason. the 8th chapter of it, which can be a separate story was submitted as a new story for another reason: there is no character death warning in Fade Away. we only decided to kill bill while writing chapter 6. it was too late for a change then. betrayal/forgivness is a sidestory for raomina who didn't get why bill killed himself, while this story is a sequel written for Gisele. Requiem was supposed to be the last one, but on her request, we've written this one. and left it open, just in case...

But i have a question i hope you can answer...
What happened to Bill after Andreas birthday party? Why was he crying and didn't tell Tom what was wrong? What was wrong? And why did Bill kill himself???

Now I'm crying even more! OMG!
It was a recording from the twins' last performance together. The night after that was Bill's last. The black mark in the corner of the screen notified people that today was the day when the twins died. 25 years have passed since Bill's and 24 since Tom's suicide.
That sentence made me loose it completely I just broke down T_T I Really loved this story, I can't tell you how much feelings it made me experience or how many tears I shed, it was great.

And wow. The last things about Andreas and his sons! Omg, I don't have words good enough
Author's Response: i wanted to write more, that's why i made the ending dim, like there's no ending really. but i figured i'm getting boring with all the sequels... and there is also a sidestory (betrayal/forgivness) and it's just too much. or so i think

I read it last night and I cried so hard that I couldn't manage to write a review. So here it is now. I really really enjoyed reading this story. I love how each chapter is set half in the past and half in the present. It makes the memories just so much more important and shows how the characters grew and developed. I still don't exactly get why Bill killed himself, but Tom's emotions and actions really moved me. The characters are very realistic and my heart clenched when Andreas finally snapped at Tom. It was just such a natural reaction and so well portrayed. Good work guys. Looking forward to read more of your stories. =)

Andreas was a good friend. He knew when to let go, and knew when to offer support and how. Most people go their whole lives and never have someone like that in their lives. This was such a sad and moving fic, and I truly enjoyed it. Great job, you two. Seriously.
