I adored this chapter because it really showcased how deeply Bill and Tom care for each other. It's also a great development to the story and I'm eager to see what will happen next!

I like the pace you're writing it in as well. Nothing is rushed and each moment as Bill gets sicker will make them worry, yes, but again, that will only bring out the protective instinct in Tom and that I will love forever too.

Great first chapter! Not only did you establish just how much Bill and Tom love each other, but you had a really hot and romantice sex scene (always a plus). Can't wait for more!

I had to laugh a bit at the idea of Bill with a belly ring, since every time I hear something about a belly ring I think about my friend who has a picture of Britney Spears with a coca cola belly ring xD
I liked the sex, can't wait to get really into the story though. I won't be able to write a long and "smart" review on a first chapter, I'm just not good enough D:
But yeah, can't wait for the rest and the more "Oh shit we're having a baby"-part xD

Mmm, absolutely delicious. That's the thing I love about mpreg fics, is the sex that causes the whole miracle mess is always so lovely. (at least from the mpreg I've read) And yours is definitely that.
I love that Bill has a belly piercing but that's gonna need to come out! lol
