Your summary reminded me of a television show (I think it was Life on NBC) where the main character keeps calling tech support and talking to the same woman over and over, telling her about the case he was working on. I absolutely loved that episode and that's kind of what made me click on your story. I kind of can't wait until the next chapter where Bill gets to talk to Tom ^.^

On Saturday and Sunday I spent the day phoning Vodacom because my Vodafone 3G USB Stick wouldn't work. Lol.
I always call them for the simplest little issue with my phone or internet. XD. I think they all know me by now. XD
