This is so cute :). I'm having a terrible day and this fic actually made me grin and smile, so I thank you for that. This is so.... hmm.. funny, innosent and sweet. I think that's the easiest way to describe this fic.
Even if theree are some things operator would NEVER do in reality (even if would be Tom :D), I don't mind, because it fitted well to the story and Tom. I would personally be careful about staying realistic there, but you're still doing fine. Bill having crush on Tom and his voice was so cute to read :). I hope he sents Tom some email...
And why don't I have any Toms ever, when having problems with my internet connection? :-/

I love how this is going, flows in a realistic way, I just bever expected that this Tom would be a "Doc" in informatic, more like a teen working to get his money and get out - I like this character anyway :)
