Clothes are icky :) Who needs them anyway ha ha. Aww Tomi don't worry Bill will always be yours. That was so cute on Toms part he's never had to share his brother with anyone before. Aww. Andeas is cute in this. How curious and the twins are willing to answer his questions without feeling strange about it. This chapter was really well done. Update soon:)

I love Tom!! The whole going with no shoes things I perfectly understand, I hated shoes with a passion when I was a child. Played on railroad tracks and everything without 'em, so cumbersome really.

I love the attention to detail in this. For example
...but he'd never quite gotten used to the sensation of having something wrapped around the base of his tail...
Little personal details like that really bring the characters to life.
I loved this great chapter, though I hope Andreas isn't going to cause too much upset for Tom :(

I'm all caught up now, I missed the last chapter somehow. Bill's memory/dream was so horrible. The poor babies.
I love that Simone and Gordon care for them so much and that the twins wanted to stay. I do worry about them since Simone doesn't know about youko kits. Hopefully they don't have to lose too much of what they are being raised by the trumpers.
I still worry about Tom though. He's not grieving and that is like a ticking time bomb. But Bill is adorable in his childlike way. :D
I love your updates on this, please keep them coming. I love seeing this in my email box.
Author's Response: Yay for being caught up! And Bill has those dreams every night, poor little guy. I think Tom catches a lot of it, too. And yes - Tom is definitely not grieving the way Bill is, he's not letting himself. That can cause some anger issues. Updates will be regular, this story has me pretty firmly!

The twins are so sweet and I can't imagine being so young and having to deal with this. Gordon and Simone did well with their little talk with the twins. I'm glad they are staying and want to stay. Simone loves them so much. They will be a great family, but I wonder how Simone and Gordon will react later to the twins..... Anyway. great story and update soon. Aww, I'm glad they decided to stay with Simone and Gordon. They'll be loved and properly cared for :)

Aww Bill is so sad in the beginning of this one. It hurts that he has such a lost feeling right now, but hopefully that will change. He's so sensitive and Tom is so aware of that but he holds things on so much. I hope ho doesn't crack because of it. I guess Tom mourns quietly. I sometimes wonder if this is true in real life. If Tom is really like that or not, but that is something I guess we will never really know. Bill is always so animated it's hard to say how he would react in real life to something like this. I think from observing them you have done well with their personalities and adapting them to this story. It seems realistic as far as their emotions and thoughts. I like it. I can just see it when their ears flatten or perk up. It's a cute picture. Update soon:)
Author's Response: Bill is grieving, and he's doing it enough for both of them, I think, because Tom is so darned self-contained. I don't know if that's how Tom is IRL, but that's how I see him! sorry ive been a rude one. i've been reading your story and not reviewing so.. count this one as one for every chapter? you are doing wonderful i was scared of jinxing you by reviewing. most stories i read tend not to update very quickly. blame me. you are doing great i cant wait to read more.

WOW! They didn't really freak out when Vardunzel came up to them. Thats a really good sign, but I feel so bad that Bill still wakes up every night screaming. Poor thing. Usually those dreams get worse before they get better though. Anyway... Another great chapter and update soon:)

I'm so happy to hear that you are so far ahead with chapters. It makes it so much easier to get into a story with these quick updates. :D
And the security guy saying he felt like Tom was checking him for weaknesses made me laugh. All I could think of was the raptors in jurassic park that kept testing the fences for weaknesses, it made me giggle.
Author's Response: I tried to wait until I had a whole years' worth done, but was just too excited. Still, I'm pretty far ahead and if I keep writing consistently, we'll have plenty to read for a while. =) So glad you're getting into it!
Tom is definitely checking people out for weaknesses - whether he could really do anything about it is another matter!

This is so good and well writen. Tom is so good with Bill and Simone and Gordon are wonderful to them both. You have done such a wonderful job creating a world for them and making it real. I can't wait to read more and see how this all plays out. Update soon.
