I just read the entire fiction. At the beginning, I liked the Ranma spririt, you made that very well. Then, you took liberties and made a fluffy story! I liked the way you're going. What I have notice is that when Tom is in male form, Bill doesn't mind giving more open kisses and whatever else Tom asks, but when Tom is in girl form, Bill gets shy, gives her quick kisses so that no one sees him almost. Again, I may be reading much into it, but if it's what you say and he's just being so frigging polite and not act like a horny male towards a girl, then I love him ten times more!

I'm getting a slight feeling that Bill isn't as bi as he thinks he is, because when Tom wants to be affectionate as a girl, he gets more of a response from Tom when in male form.

Author's Response: Does it appear that way? I didn't mean to make it like that if it does. Bill loves on Tom no matter which form, but Tom doesn't like being a girl which is maybe why she never gets much time with Bill? Or if you were referring to the previous chapter, Bill kinda "respects" Tom enough to not stare at her so openly since they haven't really gotten that far in their relationship.. or something. I dunno. Like I said, it shouldn't appear like that and if it does, I apologize; Bill is supposed to appear to accept Tom no matter which form. XD
