I really like the idea of this! I especially like how you're changing between the POVs, but there's some things you have to explain for me... Bill's a boy. It's not normal for boys to get pregnant xD I just don't see the realism in mpreg when it's either totally normal for men to end up pregnant. The world would've been twice as bad as it already is with a WAY too high population, more pollution and people would be even poorer and stuff. And if Bill was androgynous or something, that would've been more realistic, and I think a realistic story is way better than the unrealistic ones, and if you managed to get it more realistic, you would've scored more readers. But other than that, I love this! The feelings are so real and such! (except for that part where the whole school laughs because Bill's pregnant... That's not somethihng to laugh at x)
