I didn't think I would cry when Tom left, but the way you wrote it, oh dear, I'm going to start. I love their last moments together, the way you write is always so wonderful.
Maybe it was nothing more than reflections of the first rays of sun in the car window, but Bill could have sworn he saw tears fall down the dreadlocked boy’s face as the car drove down the winding road, taking his love away from him.
There I just broke, with just the way you wrote, and everything that is behind it, the whole way Tom never seemed to be affected by anything, and their loving sessions together, and Tom meeting Andi, and Simone, everything... Wow... it's just so insane/powerful/beautiful. Wonderful, wonderful job. I smiled when I saw it wasn't over. :D Maybe there's some hope left for them, or maybe we'll see them move on. n_n
