Awww this is such a bitter sweet chapter. It's sweet in the way they care about each other; because even though Tom didn't do much in this chapter, you can tell he cares. But the "bitter" part is how distant Tom's being. I kinda just want to knock him upside the head. But this update totally made my day. I tracked this after reading a few chapters, and forgot for a little while. (Usually people don't update! >:|) And I came on last night and re-read it up to your updates, and AWW. I think my mind has been somewhere else all day! I didn't get to finish up to chapter 20 last night, and it bugged me at school. I hated Casi at first... but now, I feel just a tiny bit of sympathy for her. I'm happier that Tom likes Bill more, of course.
I'm not really sure I can tell you all about what I like so far of this, because I don't feel like typing over 50,000 words. All I really know is that I can't wait for you to update! (Not that you haven't been doing great with updating anyhow.) I am so restless over knowing what'll happen last.
Sorry for this huge jumbled up review.

I know I come across stories like that, and it drives me nuts, waiting for another update. haha That's why I usually try to stick to stories that are finished, unless I just can't resist (and a lot of times I can't).
