I think that social worker has a heart of STONE if she does not think Tom handled that awful situation well. I think he was really fair and impartial, as best he could be. And Bill, ohh, poor Bill. He's being so good and supportive but I bet this is gutting him, too.

This is a run on review from chapter 16 and to this ^^ I did one separately for chapter 15
I adored Bill for suggesting that they should move in together. It was something that had been puzzling me, how you were going to take their relationship further, and this is the perfect way, albeit perhaps for the wrong reasons. And I think that when Tom realized that he didn’t want Bill to leave, even if it was just for the night, he had his answer right there. I really enjoy how you take us through the development and reasoning of the characters and make us understand why they do as they do. And no matter how much I would just love for Tom to say yes at once and move in with Bill, I love him more for questioning Bill’s reasons, seeing some realistic, although hopefully not true, outcomes to their relationship and for putting Janni’s happiness above all else.
Aw, I’ve missed Bob and Helen ^^
It’s so cute of Tom to be shy about something like that. And as for protecting Janni’s heart…you do realize I have trouble looking at Tom Kaulitz and not see a dad now, right? “I can’t be afraid to do something that might make me happy, and Janni happy, just because there is some remote possibility that it might not go the way I planned.” that line was so emotional and true, and something most can relate to. Have you ever read “Tuck Everlasting”? it’s a beautiful book, and there’s this quote in it that goes like this: don’t fear death, fear the unlived life. I think the most powerful moment in chapter 16 was when Tom says “come live with me”…my stomach clenched!
The beginning of chapter 17 was very nice, the light tone and good humor of the guys was very much appreciated after all the angst about Tom’s financial crisis. A way to breathe in the middle of it all ,) I’m glad you keep it balanced!
And in comes the dragon lady to ruin the day -.- I think it’s very interesting what you’re doing with her. She’s not a stranger, but she’s not that close to the little family either, only really being there for Janni. I’m curious as to how her homophobia will affect not only Bill and Tom, but Janni, too. Simone coming to save the day is great ^^ and she brought food. I just had to snicker at how evil Bill was getting back at Tom ,p
The sex was so much better than twister…so so so much better!
Chapter 19 was just cuddly and warm and funny and easy. I really love you for giving them some time to just be together and be happy! But your comment at the end of the chapter, about shit hitting the fan -.- I’m guessing I should brace myself?

Ugh, poor Tom. You wrote it so well, the disappointment, I could feel myself itching and hunching over and just…ugh, poor, poor Tom. And the receptionist annoys me -.- probably your intention ,p And the way the weather kind of compliments his mood was very nice, sets the mood just right!
The part where Tom thinks about how it will hurt Janni if he can’t make money…broke my heart. You’ve made him so real and that makes it so easy to identify with him and feel what he’s feeling.
And that little girl, so cute and good to her father, give her a hug from me!
Lol, at Bill liking jackets, the diva ^^
I think my favorite moment in this chapter was when Tom and Bill were talking about Tom’s income and Tom was just starting to let his worries and anger shine through, but then Janni interrupted them and they both pretended that everything was fine. I don’t know why I found that moment so special, I just think that it shows how close they are and how they’re acting as if they’re both Janni’s parents, having some unspoken agreement about what she can and cannot hear. Am I making any sense?
When Janni asked if Bill was going to be there when she woke up that was such an aw-moment I had to squeal a bit ^^

oh wow, god i'm so overwhelmingly happy Bill couldn't leave i'm crying all over again, i'm such a sap o.o your writing is just so incredibly powerful. Gosh and Janni's drawing was so so sweet! I adore this family and i'm so happy Bill will be fighting with them to keep them together. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this over the last several days, it's been such a wonderful read, gosh and you've really gotten my emotions running with your amazing writing! I really don't think i can tell you enough how fantastic your writing is and how fantastic this entire fic is. god i had to catch my breath before dropping by this review, i felt sick while reading this entire chapter and my heart ached so bad, and now i'm even crying a little. Just shows how utterly perfectly amazing your writing is. I was so scared Bill would go, i suspected as much though. And god, the ending! I'm so glad i have the next (and final for the moment :( ) to read!
