Eww...socks!!!!! lol, this is sort of random, but it reminded me of Dumbledore from HP, and his socks... lol, well I found this chapter a lot funner than the last one :)
"What kind of a fallen angel are you?" his companion demanded, with a lack of manners that was no longer surprising now that they had been interacting for several minutes. "We're supposed to be all about the booze, the whores, the good times, right?"
I have no idea why, but that is my favorite line in thie whole chapter :) very amusing :) lol, I find it interesting that the I's and You's and whatnot are formal, while the thou's aren't...Ooo and then when Bill found out about the whole wards, liked that too :) lol, and then Tom was out of it as Bill worked his magic :)
I loved how just the way Tom spoke, seemed like thou's and whatnot when Bill was having fun with him, while Bill was pretty much in this day's and age's speech. :) lol :) and the great thing about all this, is it is funny, but not cracked and horribly written! Yea!!! :)
Author's Response: A lot of the inspiration for this Tom actually comes from HP. XD Tom's such an eccentric old fellow.
I always thought that was funny too, that 'thou' and 'thee' were originally the informal modes of address. They sound so stilted and formal these days! Glad you liked this chapter, and I do hope I can keep up the humor without becoming too cracked out. ;) Thank you!

Just for the record, ilu and your continuity fail for always. Tom spends a whole extra hour making new coffee, carries both cups in when he checks on Bill, then tips it over himself whilst checking for a second head. Only you could spend so much time belabouring the sad fate of the first cup and then forgetting he's holding both mugs mere paragraphs later. Just, ♥ Prat.
