Aww, I really did like this story. It was different, but it was really good. I like how you showed the connection of all the boys, and you described where the flip-flops had been, and where they had gone. I especially liked the ending between Bill and Tom. Very cute. *favorited*

Aw, that was adorable. A simple, sweet story is needed every once and a while and this was it. haha. I wish i could have something symbolic like that, but, like jost, I'm a germaphobe, sadly. Haha. Dirty things completely gross me out, also. Sometimes, just scratching gives me the urge to take a shower. I blame ninth grade biology, lol. Anyways, the end made me smile and go "Awwww". LOL. That sounds like something the twins would do, share the sandals like that. I love the characterization! I think this is my favorite Gen story. :) So detailed! After a few sentences the flip-flops seem to take on their own character. ^_^

that was a funny story. slightly heartbreaking about the sandals being thrown away. their quest to find them though reminds me of my sister and me....we did those things on quite a few occassions. the end though, that's brotherly love right there....
