You definitely sound like you know what you're talking about with all the medical terms and symptoms. That makes me happy because I'm a science nerd... well... I'm just an all-around nerd.
And yay for Bill being positive. I'm so proud of him, and I'm also proud of Tom for finally letting out all his bottled up feelings... because that's never any good.
Author's Response: I spent four hours looking up leukemia and different types of treatments and different symptoms. It was hard looking for info on Cytoxan so I kind of used my imagination on that but okay. :) I'm glad it's all believable! Thanks for reviewing. (Btw, yours mean a lot! ^_^)

Oh Poor Tom. He's doing so well with this. It was so nice to see his feelings come out, he needed it. Finally Bill has some hope eventhough he is scared. He's so brave to begin with, but he's finally getting hope. Please update soon. You've been so good with this.

They are always so sweet together, but I still need Bill to have more hope. I know he is just being practical and accepting something he feels he can't change. Tom is doing a good job trying to get Bill to see it differently. In my expiriense cancer is such an emotional disease and can be brought on or fought off by the emotions of the person who has it. i feel that Bill has accepted that he is sick but has not realized that it is just that. What he has is not just sick or not sick his entire emotional being is involved and he has to realize that it is up to him to not let it take over. It has been said that we don't just come up with cancer, it's already there and those of us who have it in our genetic make up are more likely to get it and those of us who don't are less likely but not immune. I think it is important for Bill in this story to realize what is happening to him but not just simply accept it. There is a difference in just accepting something and realizing but not letting it consume you. When my father passed it was hard for me to understand why he didn't fight harder why he didn't try harder to over come his cancer. I was angery and confused and I just couldn't figure out why he didn't want to stay with us. This is what I don't want Tom and Bill to go though. ( know its just a story) This is also why I want to see Bill take more control. Tom is helping and their love for eachother will be Bill's savior if he lets it be so. He just has to trust more to believe in himself more. You have done so well with this. You have made their emotions real and clear. Update soon and keep it up.
