Honestly I don't know what to think about, ehm, Meggie, because I don't know her very well yet, but... so to answer your question, yes, definitely, this is worth something.
Too funny my favourite pairing is - and has always been - Bill/Tom in a pure Twincest. So I can't tell why this pairing got me interested, but, OMG, this is going to be very very very very very very original! 'Interesting', that's the right word, I can't wait to see where this will lead, and I mean it, I can't wait. It's so original, in case I haven't said it yet, XD.
Oh, well, since Meggie is Tom's baby sister this time, of course I'm curious to see how Bill's role will turn out in this. Yes, I'm definitely satisfied with the fact I decided to read this first chapter, lol.
One thing though, ehm... aren't you already a beta reader for the site? Why do you need to have it beta'd? Just out of curiosity.
