It seems like to me that Bill WANTS to feel the way he does, and actively rejects any help that anyone could offer him. It seems like he doesn't want to get over any of it so he has a reason to be a jerk to everyone and not get close to anyone. I could be completely off base here, but that's just my opinion.
Just a thought.
Anyway, loved the update and the story. I can't wait to see where it goes from here.

Oh hell, Gordon is way too much of a wonderful father! *_* I just wish there was a bit more of some kind of relationship between him and Bill, I'm sure he could be a good help for him - if only he let him in his life... :( but I honestly can't stand Tom's mom and I really am itching to know why she is so much against Bill!
