It seemed rather extreme for Bill to just up and leave and stay away for three years. Also, I would expect Tom to be a bit more upset when they finally met up rather then so calm and paitent. Not really what I expected but still good.
Author's Response: I know, it was quite extreme. Sometimes though this is what happens, and it's unexpected. Also, Tom didn't want to be thrown out and never see Bill again after having spent so long trying to find him - that's why he's calm. Also, he might've been in shock. Thank you for your reply!
