And you just explained their relationship in a nutshell to me. Bill is the strong one emotionally and Tom is the physical strong and one cannot do without the other, hence why they are two halves of a whole. Basically, cannot be apart or risk incompletion.

No, man, there was NOTHING wrong with the story. It's just me and unwanted memories this story brought back. But as I said, even though it's not a good moment to read things like this (where I get reminded of things I won't have anymore), still was worth it, as always.
