Oh geez I can't believe I haven't commented on this story yet. Because I seriously am becoming a fan of your writing, of your ability to create such original and colorful universes with Tom and Bill. I truly marvel at that and find a lot of enjoyment reading them.

Just like the other twin stories of yours, I love this one to bits and pieces and would have quoted and commented on a lot of things starting from the very first chapter - little Tom and Bill, their first meeting and bonding through the mechanical bird. That was such a lovely introduction to the story, showing that Tom and Bill have already their pasts linked together - and I find it precious, even though they don't give a lot of thought to that as the story goes on.
And then, all the other characters and their worlds and side stories - Tobi's situation, Saki's, the descriptions of Andreas and Georg and Simone, Nicole and other young people surrounding Bill. I have already expressed my amazement on how you involve so many people and each and every one of them is so right for their role and characterization.

I love how Tom and Bill's relationship is blossoming - it feels as if all of it is happening so unnoticingly, so naturally that everytime I see their affection (or Bill's - for now, because he seems to be more straightforward at the moment) I ask myself when did it start, since when do they hold hands or since when Bill kisses Tom, since when does Tom think of Bill. It's beautiful, truly, how they act without thinking and think without trouble and how they are drawn to each other in such a natural way.

And...awww come on, you had to include bushido! >_< Though, I really don't understand his position and negativity towards Tom. Sure, Tom might be uneasy about his position, but it doesn't mean he might leave Bill if that means that he will save himself. Tom is such a precious young man in this, and he gives the vibe that he would never do such a thing. Just because, and just because he is drawn to Bill in this genuine way - already feeling slight possessiveness and jealousy when it comes to Bill interacting with others. And I'm delighted to see that Bill feels the same when Tom interacts with other people, too.

It's amazing, and with this latest chapter you have brought the tension, and of course, now I am really anticipating the continuation of this.

You are a complete brat, lol. No wonder people on twitter seemed to want to kill you. But that said, this was really nicely done - very well painted market scene, and I adore the sweetness between Tom and Bill.

WOW!!! I love this story :) I love how everything fits together and how everything happens with in a tick of the next. The story it's self is like clock work. Everything is it's place to make the next thing natural as if it was always there to begin with. Bill and Tom are so cute and sweet together and it makes me happy to see them get on so well. I feel for Tom though. I was scared of Camels the first time I had seen one as well. His reaction was cute and typical to Tom. Bill has always been more emotional and there for more in tune with humans and animals alike. Their encounter with Anis would have brought out the same uncertainty in me as well. Sometimes a person's first impression isn't always true but still I would have been frightened as well. Bill is so sweet and he will make an amazing leader for his lands. However, this man who fallows I'm worried. I hope The provost and Tom can protect Bill.

More than any other, this story has really fallen into place in my head as a complete picture, which is actually how the title came about. ;) Do you know, I was scared of camels at first, too! I can't blame Tom for it; they're so huge and different from a lot of other animals. I can't blame him for being a little uneasy about Anis, either, to be perfectly honest. We shall see what happens in the next chapter, which should be coming a lot sooner than this one! I'm so happy you've stuck with this fic even though the updates are few and far between. It means a lot to me, thank you!
