Ok, more constructively - I loved this chapter. I love the whole fic in fact. It's the way that all the plot strands are developing simultaneously and serving to strengthen the overall tension. Although it did take a moment to settle into the first scene, I think it ended up my favourite with the gorgeous descriptions of Bill's magic and the courtier sniping between Henri and Nicole.
I'm very much looking forward to reading more, particularly the reunion. But I'm still holding my breath on the regular updates ^_~ Ilu, but you're such a flake ♥

Wow, I'm hooked already! Very original approach. I like your style of writing, too, you pay a lot of attention to details. Everything seems so thought-out - especially with AUs I find that essential. I also liked the way you included Georg and Gustav (not just giving the names to some characters in your universe, but staying true to their personality).
