But amazing chapter, showing how things have escalated in the Reaches and I can't fault Tom for being scared of leaving everything left of his father behind, uncertain of its future/security. I can't also fault him for feeling apprehensive about being moved without a reasonable explanation, but I hope this meeting with Simone will clear some things.
Shouldn't feel disappointed that Bill doesn't remember Tom, as not having seen him since little would have that same effect on anyone, even if said boy made you things all your life enough for you to remain familiar. I hope though that their time in the Palace helps them recognize each other, for true friends are never really forgotten and Bill had claimed Tom oh so long ago! <33333

That was definitely worth waiting for. I think I was holding my breath through out the entire chapter out of utter awe and glee. It's all so very exciting and enthralling. I really cannot wait until the next chapter.

I'm still a bit confused about the political stuffs here... I guess it's a fight for democracy and equality, hm? Kind of reminds me of Dungeons and Dragons a bit - you know, the Mages/ the Magicians against the ordinary ones. I could be mistaken though ahaha.. Sorry, I'm babbling nonsense again heee..XD
Still loving this story... I just love Magic and stuff..XD I wish I could do some illustrations about this but unfortunately I'm not good with architecture and stuff - those mechanical things and the like ahaha..XD
Can't wait for the next one because it's Tom and Bill moment soooon!!XD

rnrnHee, yep, that's the basic premise of the fight. I have to confess, I've played Dungeons and Dragons plenty of times before, so there could be some subliminal influence there. (And I would do some illustrations for this fic too, but um, sadly, my artistic talent is somewhat lacking. I'm sure you're far better at it than I am. XD)

What an amazing and fascinating read so far! The society around the characters creates such a draw, and I can't wait to see more. It seems that between Tom and Lady Nicole Bill has a very good chance of being an excellent ruler. I hope he gets that chance.
