Aww, Bill and Tom are so cute! I loved this chapter.
For me, this chapter was completely hilarious, simply because they went to the zoo. The fact that it was Tom's idea made it even funnier, and here's why:
In reality, Tom HATES zoos. Seriously, on the TH: Caught on Camera thing, he goes on this rant about how he hates zoos, and any place that contains animals. And I mean, RANT. He was saying, "No place should keep animals. It's not right! The only time it's okay is when a place is keeping animals because they're hurt---"(or something like that).
And that's my little essay on why this chapter was so funny. *takes an awkward bow and returns to seat like an obedient little first grader* :D

And also, what is it that's got Bill so insecure about his self? Did something happen in the past? The way he suddenly went "I'll change! I can change!" was a bit startling. Poor Bill! *hugs him in comfort*
And Tom... he's just hilarious. I love his awkwardness!
