Bill is prim and proper raised with his sister by a prominent family from the Upper East Side. Tom is a poor boy from the wrong side of the tracks with a skill of screwing every hot piece of man candy and then dumping them right after. What happens when these two worlds clash?

Tom Trümper believes himself to be quite content with the life he's built at West-Hamburg High. He and his clique are on top of the school-hierarchy, all the girls want him and he doesn't have a care in the world. For entertainment purposes, they bully the weirdos. Bill Kaulitz, for example, that odd little kid with his make up and questionable wardrobe-choices.

At the start of the new schoolyear, their school organises a trip to the countryside. In a twist of events where karma bites Tom in the ass and Bill is just very unfortunate, the two have to share a room. With Tom's thoughtless impulsiveness and Bill's secret weakness for the boy who makes his life so very complicated, it's a disaster waiting to happen.

A childhood incident has left Bill scarred with a longing that stays with him for life. But the object of this affection won't return it. Refuses to since their childhood. Tom's moved onto better things - girls. And he's left his poor twin high and dry with a heavy heart.

How much rejection can one person take from the one they love before they get fed up?
