Summary:
Tom Kaulitz and his girlfriend of five years are expecting twins of their own, except instead of two boys, like Tom and Bill, they are expecting a boy and a girl. When Tom's girlfriend starts to go into labor, Tom rushes her to the hospital. As Bill waits in the waiting room, a nurse tell him that a brunette who claims to be the godmother of the unborn Kaulitz twins followed the trio in. But the unborn Kaulitz's don't have a godmother, and Tom and Bill didn't tell anybody they were going to the hospital. Then Bill hears two shots echoing from a room down the hall.
