He receives a letter his birth mother that was written to him on her death bed that Bill’s adoptive parents were instructed not to give to Bill until he turned eighteen. Enclosed in the letter is a family secret Bill never knew about: he has an older brother!
Determined to find the only remaining family member Bill has, Bill uses his money and power to seek his brother out.
