Bill is a broke, drug-addicted high-school drop out, currently working as a waiter at a crappy diner. Tom is a middle-class high-school graduate and a college drop out, working at a local music store. When Tom drops by for a cup of coffee, he meets Bill and immediately is attracted to him. While Bill is still suffering a heavy drug addiction, he hopes that Tom can be the one to change his sad excuse for a life. But will Tom, just an average guy, be able to do that for him?
