Summary:

At age fourteen, Bill and Tom were both diagnosed as having early onset bipolar disorder, the younger being labeled an acute depressive to boot. As the years since their diagnosis have passed they've become all but recluse, hiding away in the basement bedroom they share.

Bill begins to withdraw from Tom, his depression slowly overtaking him to the point where even feeling caring emotions toward his twin has become difficult. At age fifteen, the brothers wrote out a suicide pact in blood, stating that should one finally give up, the other would follow. At nineteen, Bill decides to enact it and Tom begins to have second thoughts. With Bill so set on going through with it, can Tom stop him in time before the suicide pact becomes a single case of teen suicide?
