Bill however finds him irritating and tries to tell him that the shop provides no supernatural services. Tom gives up eventually, but keeps coming back because he finds Bill captivating even if Bill dislikes him. One day when he visits the tea shop, he comes across a door he has never noticed before, which takes him into a back room where Bill provides the rumored supernatural services. Bill is shocked to see Tom come in, since people can only find the door if they are in need of something, and it turns out that what Tom is in need of is Bill because he's fallen in love.'
