Great chapter! I like Bill's reaction to modern life, but Tom laughing at him so much made me feel bad for Bill. Anyway, I think this is geeky, but I loved this paragraph:
"Saying a silent apology to his mother, he closes his eyes and takes a small bite out of the bun and meat combo, his teeth sinking in through the layer of cheese, bacon, and various toppings and condiments, his sweet tooth hopping onto a roller coaster and dragging his tongue along with it as his taste buds seem to liven up at the slight drop of ketchup and mustard that falls upon them." Nice!

And in a way, it\'s kind of like Tom\'s laughing a bit at himself for just assuming that Bill knows what to do with certain things when he doesn\'t. Wonderful, as always, Izza! The intensity of Bill's mother's pain and shame really came through, as well as Bill and Tom's love for each other. I loved Bill throwing his shame out the window and just telling his mom how it is. So good!
The ending was great, the scene with James, and then Bill meeting Tom by the tree. The details of Tom crying really got me and made their reunion sweeter. I'm really very excited for the epilogue. Thank you for this! :)
