Only a single chapter read and already my emotions are peeling open like a banana. I'm so attached right now, it feels quite dangerous :P I know I'm going to feel for these characters when the going gets rough, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for their happy end :)

I saw the little red riding hood banner and felt instantly bad cause I had JUST finished writing one myself and had this horrified moment where I thought I had plagiarized unconsciously lol. But then I read it and they're nothing alike... but yours is really interesting! I like the inserted chat and David scares me :P (In a good way)

Anyway, so far so good :D

It's funny, I can tell when I'm really enjoying a story because I rush through it to find out what will happen next and finally, when I see the finish line, I slow way down because I don't want it to end!

I enjoyed the species you created with the danachi. I thought it was interesting to have a creature use sex as a defense mechanism and I enjoyed that you weren't afraid to write about it, even in the case of non-con. It's hard to read/write, but it add a layer or harsh realism that brings it together.

Personally, I have seen a lot of shows/stories that utilise the power of love and okay, it's a little corny IN MY OPINION haha, but I thought in your case, it worked better because of the danachi's evolution and fit with their whole persona. It didn't seem so much like a deus ex machina like in some cases.

All in all, great story, original premise and good character development! Thanks for writing it!
