Author's Response: :D I STILL haven\'t watched the movie! Argh, I\'m so mad at myself about that!~ Oh, well you just have to find a scholarship program that lets you go to Germany. The one I applied to is really cheap because it\'s Government funded, but it also means that it\'s harder to get into D: I suggest you try out different scholarships anyway~
