Bill Kaulitz just had surgery on his vocal chords to remove a cyst that threatens to ruin his band Tokio Hotel forever. But luckily the surgery goes well. All he has to do is not talk.
For a whole month.
It's not something he wants to do, but if it means Tokio Hotel will go on then he's willing.
All he's got is a little diary in which to record his thoughts. He records in it lyrics, poems, thoughts and his encounters with a deaf girl named Morgan who is also in the hospital.
