There are five status levels on Tokio Hotel Fiction: Founder, Admin, Mod, Gold Member, and Beta Reader, and these statuses are listed beside the member's pen name on their profile page. These statuses are explained as follows.

- Site Donor/Gold Member
Those who have donated at least $5 USD to THF have gold stars in their profiles to signify their status. Gold Members have special privileges on the website due to their patronage, such as browsing ad-free.

- Founder
The founders, Cynical_Terror & Undrockroll, are the creators and owners of THF.

- Admin
The admin are second in command on the website.

- Mod
The mod staff moderate the website and validate fic in the submissions queue.
