They spoke only a little, just Bill asking if he had enjoyed the shower and Tom giving a standard reply. – I like it when there’s no dialogue just narrative.
In public, their love was quiet; it was expressed only in ways that were deemed acceptable, tuned down to a quiet buzz. But when they were together like that, alone, it was a deafening roar. – Lovely!
It wasn’t something they had ever thought strange. They loved each other, and they were attentive to each other’s needs, and naturally, some of those needs were physical. – yup that’s exactly what twins think *winks*
He closed out all else as Tom kissed him again. – awh all fluffy!
A moan spilled from Bill’s lips when Tom broke their kiss, hefting one of Bill’s legs up so that his thrusts hit a different angle. – hot!

You know, I have been skipping your piece for weeks because it's so short but I'm glad I red it. There are no typos, a pet peeve of mine.I found it oddly sad if that makes any sense. They don't need words but Bill's end statement reflects what all their unity is still lacking.

I feel your story is filled with such poignant poetic devices that serve to create the most vividly romantic scene, yet still appropriately molds itself to the hypothetical relationship between the twins. You are well on your way to becoming quite the accomplished writer.
