I love this story! It's a very interesting plot, and I liked how you pointed out that Tom wasn't exactly the "womanizer" he makes himself out to be. I believe it's a facade, too.
The only thing though, is that you're coming out a little too strong when you're describing how stunningly gorgeous she is. You don't have to spend that much time describing her to get the message across. If there are some discriptive pieces that you don't want to leave out, then you can split it up into pieces. Ex: describe her pretty face when they first see her, and then after they've met her, go on to describing her muscular back at some point when she bends over to get something out of her bag or something like that. And I mean this in a very nice way. I don't think you're bad at writting at all. You're very good.
Anyway, I hope you post more soon cuz I really want to read more!

No offense but you mean: Wie geht's dir, Tom, Liebling? (Wie sind Sie translates as what are you (formal) like) and Ich liebe dich (all around, Germans don't love people they aren't close to). Also, other’s thought should be others thought (no apostrophe). Several times you seemed to omit words; of course, that could be a matter of word choice on your part.
Otherwise, this story is interesting, terribly believable, and frankly good.
I wonder, is the model Lebanese or Moroccan?
