Good story! But, a few notes:
1. The * asterisks were a bit inappropriately used. Instead of writing, *gasp* you could write, "she gasped." Also, instead of saying *at night* make an alternative full sentence. For example, 'It was nighttime, and the party would be starting soon.' It's much more professional and will set you apart from "amateur" writers. 2. "He was the second unsexiest thing Blair had ever seen. The first was the dreadlocked boy playing guitar beside him." That totally made me laugh! 3. But, my smile fell at the use of "faggot." Maybe that's just the way the character is and maybe I'm too sensitive, but I didn't think it was quite that appropriate. Just personal taste, I suppose.
